Tournament Bug Fixes


Hello OS-Scape,

I wanted to take the time to thank everyone for the feedback and participating in the initial tournament release. This is a quick patch to fix some follow-up bugs that came about during the first day of release. The following fixes are:

  • Players who are spectating and randomly get teleported into fights has been fixed.
  • An issue where some players would get assigned incorrect targets has been fixed.
  • You can now use the buttons on the spectator interface to move around the fight to get a better view as the fight progresses.
  • The tournament announcements will now be more clearly broadcasted throughout the world.
  • Visual bugs with the spectator interface has been fixed.
  • Logging out inside of the tournament lobby will now properly remove the player from the activity.
  • All remaining players inside the tournament will now be visible on the spectator interface.
    • This allows for spectators to see more clearly who all remains within the tournament.
  • Upon killing your target you will no longer take any ticks of damage from the fog system if it is active.
  • Upon killing your target, based on PID, the winning player will no longer take damage from the losing player.
    • This is to combat against potential double deaths within the tournament.
  • Administrators may now set custom blood money prizes for tournaments.
  • Tournaments will now run every 2 hours instead of 8 hours.
